Coronavirus (COVID-19) PDS Plan of Action

In an effort to be proactive with the current situation regarding COVID-19, PDS is cancelling all Board meetings scheduled between March 16th thru March 31st.  During the week of March 30 we will reevaluate current events to determine if any addition action needs to be taken moving forward.  

Out of an abundance of caution for all residents, Board Members and PDS staff, we are minimizing public exposure as strongly suggested.  As such we are closing our doors to walk in traffic.  Owners can still call or email Management with any questions or concerns you may have.  In addition we offer many services online so feel free to visit our website at www.pdsaz.com.  Your Community Manager will still be in the office and we anticipate no interruptions to the business at hand. 

PDS is taking the health of the Boards, homeowners, residents and PDS staff seriously.
