Fire Wise Job Well Done - Camp Lo Mia
In April, 2012, the LDS church in collaboration with several contractors and the U.S. Forest Service launched a Fire Safe Fuel Reduction Project to thin the forest around Camp Lo Mia making a safer camp and a healthier forest.  This 13-minute documentary is worth viewing and shows a fascinating look at this six-week "green" effort that proved to be a "win" for our community, the Snowflake biomass plant and the girl's camp.
